New Store & Track archived documents feature

Store & Track on Cadence is secure central location to store signed contracts and other documents (e.g. insurance policies and trademarks) and to track key dates and events.

With today’s update, users can now archive/unarchive documents:

Archiving or unarchiving a document will trigger an email to the user, the responsible person and any subscribers.

Archived documents are identified with an ‘archived’ label in search results and on the document’s information page (as well as in the spreadsheet when exported).

 

Any email reminders are disabled for documents while they are archived.

This archived document update is a precursor to a more extensive Store & Track update due in May 2024 – support for Related Documents!
