This year one of our Software Engineers, Jack Lennard, decided to embrace the winter by working remotely from Queenstown NZ for 3 months to spend as much time as possible with skis on his feet (or so far, trail running while waiting for the snow to fall).
After some time off to get to know his new home, Jack will still be working full time, but plans to use the time zone difference to his full advantage to get out on the ski fields each morning before work.
We’re really pleased to be able to support Jack on his adventure. Besides Jack, we currently have two other fully-remote workers in the Cadence by ConMoto Group software development team, so we’re pretty used to keeping in touch on Teams with daily catch ups and plenty of memes…
Besides supporting fully remote work, most of us enjoy flexible working arrangements, working from home one or two days a week or part time.
